Since the dawn of the computing era, people have dreamed of the digital representation of a human in the machine. The initial release of EGirl v1.0 had a single girl Alys, who was available in only one scene with white backgrounds. It was a groundbreaking release in that it was the first adult interactive title to feature an extremely detailed model and high-end OpenGL pixel shaders for very artistically appealing and realistic rendering.

Shortly thereafter, EGirl v1.2 was released, which included some new environments to meet Alys in, including an echoing cathedral, and a mountain cavern.

The latest release of EGirl is v1.5.2, which includes another girl, Maya, with a completely different personality. She's available in a number of different environments new with this release. This version also updates to DirectX 9 graphics, which is a welcome addition as it allows for greater compatibility with different systems.

What does EGirl have to offer? Well, it is basically a 3D girl you can talk to and follow a number of directed storylines in which the girl will answer questions and follow your guidance as she strips and eventually gets down to business with a selection of dildos, from small to *extremely* large in size.

Overall, my favorite aspect of EGirl is the quality of rendering and animation. EGirl has the most advanced rendering system of all 3d porn games we have tested. With a wide assortment of options and post-effects, the graphics look great.

The sex action is scripted like other games available, but looks very good. I especially love the way Alys talks about her dildo selections, especially when she gets out the big one. It's really huge; we're not sure how she fits it all (digital dildo magic, of course).

It seems that development of EGirl has been on hold for quite some time, as version 1.7 has not been released after much waiting. However, reading the news section of their website, it is clear that new engine for the game is under development, and they are also developing a new system for motion capture animation. Upon completion of this system, they should be able to do much more frequent updates of content, including new girls, interactive features, etc.

In summary, we recommend EGirl very highly, especially if you are into big dildos and toys, and love high-end graphics. Also, it's only $20, with no recurring billing like other games. Overall, it's a great value, and includes a screen saver which is also quite nice.

I eagerly anticipate the coming releases of EGirl v1.7 and EGirl 2.0, which will, we hope, bring the 3d sex video game genre to a new peak of quality and edginess of content.
